Realizing he's attracted to his friends, or even acquaintances, is one thing, a common thing, where he can almost always just carry on acting the same as usual, but this is a particularly unprecedented situation. Whatever peace their relationship is capable of is only ever precarious at best, always hanging by a thread, and Reggie has no idea what a variable like this could unleash on that dynamic were he not to repress it immediately. Whether that means he should take a neutral approach or an overly antagonistic one to do so, he also has no idea. ]
