Welcome to Fibber. The app that does just that.

Each device in Duplicity, as of today, has a new app installed. It can't be removed but it only fires up at random times, on random phones. The app sends a photo - of anything. Even something the person doesn't remember taking. Players can have their phones send out a picture or five that their phones would have sent to someone without their knowledge. Then conversation ensues.

NOTE: Consider this an open post; feel free to assume the app has randomly sent your character any of these photos or something like them if you'd like to thread, whether we have prior CR or not!
